  • I need to change some details in my account (name, email address, password, shipping address etc.). How do I do this?

    Click on the button labelled 'My Account' at the top right of any page. From there, follow the links as indicated.
  • Is everything on your website actually in stock at your store?

    Stock on our website includes items actually in our store as well as ones that we can order in from our suppliers.

    If we need to order something from our suppliers, we can usually have it instore or delivered to you within 1-3 days. If it looks like the delivery time will be delayed in any way, we'll contact you immediately to let you know.

    If you'd like to check if something is in stock at our store, please call us on (02) 9360 0548 and we can let you know straight away.
  • What are my payment options?

    We have several payment methods for you to choose from. We accept most credit cards (Visa, American Express, Bankcard, Mastercard), you can transfer money into our account either through a branch of your bank or via Internet banking, or you can send us a cheque or money order.
  • Is there a way for me to check on the progress of my order?

    Yes. Go to the 'My Account' section of the website (by clicking on the 'My Account' button at the top of the page). From here you can see your entire order history and at what stage a particular order is at. You can click on an order to see more detail.
  • There are some records that I'd like to buy from you that are currently out of stock. Can I place an order for them?

    We can take orders for tracks, and will do our best to get them for you. However, vinyl pressings are normally quite limited, and may be difficult (in some cases, impossible) to get back in again. It's also impossible for us to give you any idea how long it will take to order in, as there are no systems in place from either distributors or record labels that we can use to get this information. Some orders we can get within a week or 2, others can take 2-3 months.
  • I've placed an order and want to pay by bank transfer. What are your account details?

  • What is your privacy policy?

    Whilst we are committed to bringing you information tailored to your individual needs, we recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about you, our customers and prospects. In adopting this customer privacy policy, our intent is to balance our legitimate business interests in collecting and using information with your reasonable expectations of privacy.

    We do not collect personally identifying information about individuals, except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. We collect user-submitted personal information, including name, e-mail address, and birth date, in order to verify new accounts and send notifications regarding the Service. All Member accounts are password-protected. We go to great lengths to protect the account information that you have provided us. If you do not wish to receive any e-mail or to have us share such information with another party, you may "opt out" at any time by e-mailing us or contacting us by regular mail.
